Terms and Conditions

  1. Event registrations are based on first-come-first-serve basis and must be made via our registration email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. Event registration does not equate confirmation / reservation of seats for the events and are subject to availability of seats. Confirmation of seat is based on payment made (by funds-transfer, cash, PayPal or cheque). Without confirmation, A Dance Date will not admit you to the event.
  3. Payments via Fund transfer or PayPal must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of event reservation email sent by A Dance Date.
  4. Cheque payments must be received by A Dance Date within 3 days from registration date and at least 5 working days before the event date. Seats will only be confirmed after cheques are cleared.
  5. Cheque dated on the day of the event or after the event will not be accepted.
  6. If payments are not received within 24 hours upon event reservation email sent, the reserved seats will be released to the public.
  7. Once payment are made, participants are required to inform A Dance Date via email or SMS within 1 hour to confirm your payment mode.
  8. Closing date of the events serves as the last date of registration. A Dance Date reserves the rights to close the registration before the registration closing date of the event.
  9. After the event is closed, A Dance Date will put any additional registrations on waiting list. A Dance Date does not promise availability of the seats.
  10. A Dance Date do not exercise any refund when payment is made to A Dance Date without prior reservations.
  11. A Dance Date regrets that no refund will be made for non-attendance but a replacement is allowed for the same event. (Refer to refund policy for details).
  12. A Dance Date may at its discretion allow for clients to switch their membership scheme 3 days from the date of payment or 1 week prior to the date of event.  Clients must email to request for a switch.  A 5% administrative fee will be charged.
  13. For those pre-registered via email but did not pay in advance, cash payments onsite are subject to S$10 surcharge.
  14. Onsite payments are subject to availability of seats.
  15. A Dance Date reserves the rights to exercise any exceptional handling on event registration.
  16. A Dance Date reserves the rights to reject any payment / participants.
  17. A Dance Date singles events are for heterosexual males or females who are legally singles in Singapore or any other country. By signing up for A Dance Date singles events, participants are claiming to be single. If you are divorced, please verify with the legal documents. If you are separated, please join us when you are legally divorced.
  18. There will be a fee of $30.00 for requesting A Dance Date to assist on acquiring a contact (email or mobile telephone number) of the guests who attended the same event. Fee is chargeable based on number of guests the customer requested.  Each contact requested is $30.00.  This fee is chargeable regardless of the guest’s decision to release his/her contact.  Fee is to be paid in advance before A Dance Date attempts to reach the guest for his/her permission to release their contact information.
